Fantastic bank to deal with, great loan department & servicing.
This bank is a joke. I have never seen such terrible customer service. Their atm ate my card so I waited until opening to call about it. The card is in my husband's name so I asked if I needed to bring my husband in to claim it. Because of the fact that the card is not a North West card she refused to give it back basically saying that even though they could access it they wouldn't return it and would cut it up instead. If your card gets stuck in their machine they destroy it if you do not have an account with them. I don't see how they can destroy someone's personal property legally....
