This bank has been a godsend in improving my Credit rating
Northwest Bank has been my bank for almost 10 years, 5 years at the Pittsburgh Road, Butler location. Honestly, this has been the best bank I ever have had. Whenever I go into the bank they are always friendly and as a customer with physical disabilities someone there is always willing to lend a hand by assisting with the door. Their fraud alert system is top notch and when I've had issues with fraud they have been been very helpful and resolved the issues to my satisfaction.
