The new ATM machine outside is a joke. Thanks for making your customers unsafe by moving it out there. Also, I tried using it and it does not work! After 3 attempts of trying to insert my card as instructed, the machine claimed to be temporarily out of order.
This bank is really hard to work with. Everything has a bunch of hurtles to get over. They now charge $5 for a paper statement I don't even read. Thanks for ripping me off more. Can't wait to find a better bank for my business account. Long lines and slow surface often. Hope that $5 goes to making the planet more green.
Been with Northwest since I was 17 and opened my first savings account. Every worker greets me with a smile and treats me like a person, not a customer. I love going in and having small talk amongst them. Highly recommend, as they have great rates as well.
