I am refinancing a property, 2 people have transfered me to the voicemail of loan agent James in the Bellevue branch and I left my information twice with no return call over a week ago. I guess they just dont value their customers.
The slowest and most inconvenient Northwest I have ever been to. There is something wrong with their ATM at least once a week. Forget going through the drive through unless you want to wait 15-20 minutes for small things like deposits or withdrawals. Insanely inefficient for a place that literally gets no business.

I've been with Northwest bank for decades, starting at another location. I've always been treated with respect and appreciate the time they've spent explaining relevant issues with me.
Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with if you own a business and need a new card issued the make it miserable for you. I can walk into PNC and they print me a new card immediately they take up to two weeks or more to send you a new card. Makes your Acounting a mess if you are running a business especially and it is incredibly inconvenient. Terrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
