Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with if you own a business and need a new card issued the make it miserable for you. I can walk into PNC and they print me a new card immediately they take up to two weeks or more to send you a new card. Makes your Acounting a mess if you are running a business especially and it is incredibly inconvenient. Terrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Drained my savings account of nearly all of its money through a myriad of different "fees" and I requested that the account be closed they asked, "How do you want to receive the $1 in your account?" I told them to keep it and they said, "We don't just take people's money like that." I found that very confusing, considering that's what they literally did with the rest of the money in the account, but ok.
Do your self a favor and do not use this bank!! The staff, mostly just the manager Tandy, are incredible rude and vindictive. My phone number is either blocked or they just ignore it when it comes up on the caller id….She even asked me what my names comes up as on caller id so now I’m afraid when she works there my money will be wrong or they just won’t help me. Whewwww… and then Ewwwww!!! Never have I EVER experienced such terrible customer service from a banking institution. Are these employees not taught great customer service? Well, just the one manager needs a customer service boot camp course or something. She should be ashamed she yelled at the poor teller so loud I could hear what she said across the room. The customer service has been absolutely horrendous for the last 6-8 months. New manager may be the meanest person I’ve ever meant. I went to pick up a temp card, she seemed very upset that I didn’t want to sit, (just got off a plan) so she gave me MAJOR attitude. She said, her computer wasn’t working (it NEVER does at the end of her day!), I kindly offered to come back next day.
