I have been a customer of Northwest bank for approximately 18 years, starting when I opened up my first savings account as a child. As of recently, my experience with Northwest Bank has been so negative and frustrating that I have decided to withdraw my funds and close my accounts. The customer service at the Youngsville branch is positive and friendly.
