Easily the longest wait of any bank - and I don't mean the line, there is usually not a single person in there. I mean it takes them - and I am not being hyperbolic when I say this - 10+ minutes at the counter to do a simple withdrawal, deposit, cashing a check, and it's been 15+ when doing anything like a change order or getting a cashier's check.
