I have been a customer of Northwest for more than 25 years. This branch was unable to help with a simple request to add a spouse to an account (We already have a shared account/mortage/etc through them. After moving away and not being able to plan an in person visit or take time of work to travel to do so I was ultimately told they were unable to help. Drive thru is the slowest bank I have ever been to, sometimes I spend up to 30mins waiting, and that is with only 2-3 other cars. Also, who has ever heard of a bank that doesn't take change??? I had to roll all the change to my depsout before they would take it. I go for work business so I can't change banks but if I could I would.
