My neighbor George banks here!!
This is the WORSE bank EVER!! If you are smart do NOT deal with Northwest at all. My husband took money out of our account and they questioned a him on what he was going to do with the money because we were from another town!! First of all it is our money not yours!! We can do whatever we want! He even went inside with his photo id and they spent 10 mins asking what he was buying and why he was in Clearfield. I have been a customer of Northwest for more than 25 years. This branch was unable to help with a simple request to add a spouse to an account (We already have a shared account/mortage/etc through them. After moving away and not being able to plan an in person visit or take time of work to travel to do so I was ultimately told they were unable to help.
