Shannon was excellent very personable
No help or transparancy at all. Several messed up deposits by hundreds of dollars that would not have been corrected If we hadn't noticed. Unexplainable fees for business checking that the bankers cant even explain without calling their supervisors with you on hold. Can't do instant transfers from venmo, paypal, or cashapp. Not a good bank for business owners or people wanting to live in this decade.
Great friendly service. All staff very helpful with all of our needs.
