the worst bank ever....have to wait over an hour at drive thru...called yo get an appointment because of back problems and sitting for so long. THEY DENIED ME. DANIELLE AT FAIRMOUNT LOCATION SAID IF SHE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME SHE WOULD HAVE TO DO IT FOR EVERYONE!! Thanks Northwest you are really kind to the disabled
I had $350 fraudulently taken out of my account 3 months ago. 2.5 months ago the bank put the $350 back into my account. This morning, they took it back out again without any notice. They are blaming me for the fraud. It was not me and now I’m out $350. Shame on you northwest savings bank

RecommendedThe employee's at this location are very friendly and helpful. Although the company I work for banks elsewhere they do not have a conveniently located drive-thru close to where we do business. So this entire season Northwest has been more than accommodating giving us change on a weekly basis, actually bringing my order right out to my vehicle, Thank You !!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 American Business @ Its Best !!!
After 27 years with this bank I am leaving. After 15 years on estatments they charge me $3 for a paper statement that was never requested and I had to re enroll in estatements. And they won't refund the $3 for the statement I never received or asked for.
Stealing 3 dollars a month out of my bank account is ignorant....for a paper statement.....i dont do online BANKING, nor do i want to,AND I DONT OWN A COMPUTER....,Ive been with Northwest bank a long time,and i will be finding another bank...as you are NOT ENTITLED TO STEAL 3 DOLLARS A MONTH OUT OF MY ACCOUNT....PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!YOU CAN SHOVE YOUR PAPER STATEMENT
