In one hour: walked in the door and walked out with approval for a mortgage (five years ago). To honor the better than fair treatment we received we have fulfilled our responsibilities according to the agreement. I have been extremely happy with our treatment and am grateful for the opportunity they gave us. Also, until I walked in that day I did not hold any accounts with them.
