I just opened this account. I went into the branch to cash a Non North West Bank check I deposited majority then got cash back. It’s kinda weird how I have two cards one to use atm with and the other to spend. Whatever not my issue. The problem I have is the teller “Brenda”. Miserable lady for no reason there was not even one customer in sight. From working at M&T bank a busy branch .. I've never acted like that. Maybe she thought i was trying to cash a fake check idk but she should change her attitude.

You have a tell er that goes way beyond their duties.she took her time t o explain the format.her name escapes me a t the moment.but her service will not!!!
Worst branch/ bank I have ever delt with. There incompetent of doing there job. Would suggest banking else where
