Top Customer Service and Banking Services This is where we do our banking. The customer service here is great and they have a wide range of banking services. From Bank Tellers to loan officers, everyone knows there job and knows how to deal with customers. I've never had a problem with my accounts here or had to ask 20 times about something. Best in the County Northwest Savings Bank is probably the best bank in Venango County. The bank is only one floor, has an ATM, and lets people check out and deposit money like any other bank. In addition, this bank sometimes allows you to arrange a car wash at the bank, if you wish to run a fundraiser. Largest Bank in Venango County There are dozens of Northwest Savings Banks all over Northwest Pennsylvania, but this one is the largest in Venango County. It is over three floors, and the first floor is very luxurious and full of desks and a long check-in counter. Better of the Two Of the two Northwest banks in Oil City, this one is the better. It's not only just the bank, but it has one large parking lot for anyone visiting the bank and surrounding businesses. The only bad thing about this bank is that it is smaller than most of the other branches of this bank. I do recommend this bank to anyone who lives in Oil City, though, because it really is great.
Savings and Loan This new facility is easily accessable for parking and the decor is relaxing and bright! Service at this Bank is always pleasant, prompt and helpful. We like that they offer consel for investments as well. The fact that we have stocks here and they are local is really a plus.
Great Bank This is one of the best banks I have ever banked at. Courteous , friendly tellers. Easy to get in and out of. They go out of their way to please their customers.
