This is not directed to the local branch This is directed to customer 800 number Got a new card that is finally tap card. Went to use it last night. Yes activated it yes money there. And decline my 8 ,charge. No call no texts. They just decline what they want is what they said. Not a care in the world that I would have been stuck in a garage or couldn’t feed my child. Since I no longer have an account they wouldn’t help be break change for $300 in $20s. Simple ask, can I break this down to $1s, $5s etc, but apparently they won’t help you out unless you’re a current account holder. Kind of ridiculous, thanks branch manager!
Are withholding my money. They have my account restricted and won't give me my paycheck out of the account. Nobody knows what they are doing including the branch manager. It took me 5 days to figure out what was wrong with my account. After having an account for 10 years. I will never return to Northwest
