Wouldn't cash a check because I don't have an account at the bank, even though I've cashed my paycheck for months at a different location.
Two years ago 5 stars, but most recently 3 stars. Costumer service has gone down. Been a member since 20 years and find myself stopping at my hometown branch instead of here.
WORST BANK-DO NOT USE. My family and I have used this bank for over 20 years since they were Bell Federal. Their Customer Service is useless. And their fees and policies are customer unfriendly. They even charge fees to deposit coins into your account. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Went there two days ago waited in line while teller took forever with other client then waited on other guy that walked in door five minutes after me my money will spent other places
