I used to love Union Community. I have unfortunately had nothing but problems since Northwest took over. This branch has very nice and helpful tellers but unfortunately they don’t control the corporate policies. After one month of being overdrawn for the first time since I opened my account, about 10 years ago, they closed it and sent it to collections! I was devastated and totally taken back at how unreasonable, cold and greedy they are. Would give negative stars if I could.
