This bank is a complete disaster. The leadership is extremely questionable and the entire organization is disorganized. Representatives, including branch managers, have lied, and have been unhelpful, repeating themselves without offering any real support. Always treated well at NW
I went in here looking to open some CDs the other day and the teller who 'helped' me was so hopelessly ignorant and prejudicial that I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. The bigotry was mind boggling.
