Horrible customer service as a whole. They blatantly said that they wouldn’t do a wire transfer because it was a “risky investment” but as bank there job is not to advise . I saw this as a major over step and frankly felt disrespected. And of course was very frustrated they wouldn’t let me have access to wire my own money. What’s the point of a bank if they can’t do what you need. I WOULD PUT 0 stars if it was an option.

This bank is a complete disaster. The leadership is extremely questionable and the entire organization is disorganized. Representatives, including branch managers, have lied, and have been unhelpful, repeating themselves without offering any real support. To make matters worse, the information provided is often inconsistent, and the quality of the service and products is poor. On top of that, the company's apps are severely outdated.
