Cant pay loans with mobile banking. Powerful tools. Lol. Have to use their billmatrix and pay a 9.99 fee.
They didn't protect my information good enough. Now I'm flooded with spam calls for mortgage insurance. It's extremely frustrating.

Excellent bank. Great branch manager, helpful staff, and responsive customer service. Bank employees are easy and good to work with. I have a business checking account and business loan with them. Their rates are reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this bank. It is much better than a big corporate bank.
Never and I mean NEVER take a loan from this bank. My car loan was paid off and they still pulled an automatic payment. It had been paid off for 5 days. The customer service is awful and very rude. Plus their online banking set up is terrible and hard to use. Do not use this bank. Hopefully they will go out of business soon.
