I’ve been dealing with this bank for 15 years. The people are extremely pleasant and personable to work with. Always so helpful. I’ve had my business and personal accounts handled at a professional manner for years. I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience.
Excellent bank. Great branch manager, helpful staff, and responsive customer service. Bank employees are easy and good to work with. I have a business checking account and business loan with them. Their rates are reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this bank. It is much better than a big corporate bank.
Never and I mean NEVER take a loan from this bank. My car loan was paid off and they still pulled an automatic payment. It had been paid off for 5 days. The customer service is awful and very rude. Plus their online banking set up is terrible and hard to use. Do not use this bank. Hopefully they will go out of business soon.
Don’t use. They are not willing to work with you on anything. My grandmother 86 thought her loan payments were coming out. They said they sent her “notifications “ of that. Which she never received. So, they repossessed it. The ONLY way she could get it was to pay the WHOLE AMOUNT SHE OWED ON THE CAR. Thankfully she had the money. Which disappointed a man named Keith very much. AVOID THIS BANK!!! Without my consent or knowledge they changed my free checking account (which I only use to pay specific bills, I have never held any balance) into a 15$ a month interest bearing account....which requires a 5000$ balance. Since this was a free Billpaying account I also don’t look at transactions very often, so this 15$ transaction happened 8 times over the course of a year.
