Bad experience
Didn’t give me notice that they had closed my account. I found out it was closed by getting a collections letter for $43 due to an overdraft fee. Honestly glad the account is closed because I’ll never get another one with them ever again
I wanted to take a moment out of my busy schedule and tell everyone that this Northwest Bank Branch is the “BEST OF THE BEST.” I have several accounts here at Northwest. Everyone is very kind and personable. They have a wonderful hard dedicated staff. They never let me down.
