Rude lady on the phone to verify my address
I moved out of state a few years ago. When doing so met with one of the employees at this branch who was extremely helpful. A few months ago I was purchasing a house in another state and needed to have money transferred. I was scolded for still having a Northwest account and living out of state. The branch manager refused to talk to me or help. He put the poor teller on to talk to me and only communicate through him.
