Northwest bank is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Worst customer service. Especially the one on Sheridan. Everyone started off with having an attitude. Couldn’t get help. Get slammed with 9 insufficient money fees with a week. Once the issue was fixed on my end I got slammed with more and got told it was because I didn’t “do my job as a customer” and make sure my balance was correct before using my card for the money that was in my account. Nothing but excellent service at this bank, and Shawn, a manager, offered personal service that is so rare in a bank these days.
Needed help setting up online banking, great service, fast and friendly! Great job!
The teller refused to ask a supervisor if a **business check** could be cleared for me. (It's been done before)
