Northwest Bank has charged me an overdraft fee, even though I showed proof of depositing $166 on the same day that my account was overdrawn by $48.66. i have a safe deposit box there and they just sent me this very threatening letter stating they sent several notices in the past. i never received one of those letters until i got this threatening one. Northwest Bank, you are terrible!!!! i will be withdrawing my safe deposit box and tell everyone to not use your bank!!!! so disappointed!!!
By far the worst northwest branch I’ve been to.
