I always get great service here
Northwest is a great bank. It's been my bank since 1984 and it just gets better. My favorite location is the one on Pittsburgh Avenue. Great service, great people, great bank.
Very poor customer service. Merely asking why atm not allowing over $200 withdrawal after 5 years of getting cash for my elderly mother. Smug responses, treated like a criminal. Not the first time having a problem doing business with them. Small time bank that I'll never do business with. After Googling, it appears they do this when limited cash available in atm - that's all they had to tell me. Pitiful.
