Great services
I always have issues with this bank, especially with Brandon. He is very very rude and shows he doesn't care and always has an attitude. I'm disabled and they continually charge me with the $37 overdraft fee when my Northwest Bank App stats that the overdraft fee posted and hit my account after the fact I corrected it with a positive balance in plenty of time before the overdraft fee hit my account according to my NW app. They are continually making mistakes with my account and overdraft fees knowing I'm disabled and on a fi... read more
Horrible customer service and employees that are rude and continually wrongfully charge people with overdraft fees. I would not recommend this bank to anyone and would choose anywhere but here. I would give them negative stars if I could.
