Grossly incompetent. Do NOT bank with them. Do NOT take out a loan from Northwest. It's 2025 and they still haven't figured out online banking. They do not respect their customer's time at all. We've been to the branch 4 times now to set up a minimum monthly payment on our mortgage and an extra monthly payment and every time they mess it up. No one is responsive as to why they cannot set up two automatic payments correctly and they cannot provide a guarantee that it has been set up correctly. They have sent us docusign docs ... read more
