Joe should never answer the phone again. He struggled to make coherent sentences, confused himself as the person calling the bank, stuttered helplessly, and then transferred me to the wrong department. I am an advocate for helping the "challenged members" of our community, but maybe answering phones at a bank should not be one of those options.
The app says it’s open till six today I just drove 20 minutes out of my way to pick up some money for my son and now I can’t do nothing horrible review
