We have a truck financed through this bank. They are awful. No customer service what so ever and everyone I speak to has an attitude. Charged me for a late payment and it was not late and have the proof and three months later still trying to get it straightened out. Will never use this bank again even if it's the only option through the dealership. DO NOT USE THEM.
We financed a vehicle with Morgan Bank which became Lorain Bank some time ago. We always used online auto payments with no problems. However, this month (Dec 2013) the payment (the second to last) wasn't made. Went to the website, but it wouldn't allow me to make a payment - said the account couldn't be paid online. I have financed a truck through this bank, not knowing much about them then (Through the dealership, which I think has $ interest) Anyway I get my first payment coupon book & the nly info it has is a P.O. Box. I have called 4 different Morgan / Lorain banks & have been told I can not make online payments or track my account balances, or payment history.
