I want to rate this location one star because the tellers were very rude. Made me wait longer than a normal white person when they walked in. They were not friendly customer service lacked, and I do believe it was because of my Color . I hate to make this about my color, but I felt discrimination . My banker Daniel was outstanding and I appreciate his kindness and I appreciate him taking the time to really incorporate my daughters account. I wanted to open a new CD with this bank. I went in person and the teller said there was no one capable of opening a CD account for me. They suggested I schedule an appointment and come back. I returned the next day for my scheduled appointment 5 minutes early and was informed that all the bankers were busy and should have a seat. I waited 20 minutes and then walked out without opening any accounts.
