We've been dealing with this branch years and have always been treated well. They call us with reminders and any product that they feel we would benefit from. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
If I could give zero stars, I would! It's not a surprise that this bank is low quality with horrid customer service. They will rob you blind with FEES and not think twice about it. They'll claim they told you about said fees, which they didn't, and then charge you fees for services they don't provide. This is for the bank in general, not this particular branch. STAY FAR AWAY!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF BANKS ON EVERY BLOCK WHO WILL TREAT YOU BETTER!

I have a car note through the bank. The entrance can be tricky as it's under construction. Used the drive thru around noon, it was a little slow. The tellers that I've come into contact with have been snarky it rude. I don't have any outrageous requests..just make my payment and occasionally ask for that day balance. I can't wait until my car note is done in more ways than one...
Banker aired my business inside the lobby. A bunch of complainers.
