Was with this bank for years before it changed to Northwest. The new managers are absolutely horrible. I closed my accounts there and will drive to a new albeit farther bank.

I’m at sick and tired of banks controlling my money. Charged a late fee for account withdrawal. I deposited cash into my account the same night, but since it was after 9pm it doesn’t confirm until next business day. This branch seen my attempt to make it right and prevent it from happening, but refused to waive the fee. I now sit in the negative still until next week when I get paid.
