Jennifer Kulchar claims to help her customers. She helped deplete my father's IRA of 77k. She needs further training. My father withdrew large amounts of cash thru cashier checks every week in amounts of 28k at a time. He had dementia and could barely write his name. How would you not notice someone with dementia that was confused and didn't know his own name half the time. Jennifer Kulchar needs further training and evaluated.
