I have been a member on and off since 2010...the staff is nice and the owners are top notch..the classes fit my schedule,and the equipment is just what I'm looking for. This is no frills training..the pool and hot tub are always clean and maintained on a regular basis..for the price,location and amenities why go elsewhere?
Great place. Love the staff. Spin class is my favorite!!
