Unreliable, never available during normal office hours, not available during urgent or emergency situations, doesn't return calls in a timely manner. My daughter suffered a large burn on her hand and I didn't hear back until half a day later, by which time we were seen by an urgent care clinic half an hour south of us. We've called and left messages with other concerns only to be called back over a week later and only because we reamed out the 'receptionist' that's never there either.
