KXNA one of my favorite airports of all time staff is nice and it’s quiet there if you wanna chill at chairs but security could use better technology
The airports undergone renovations to make it nicer, but somehow they still take at least 30 minutes to get your bag. I always try to avoid checking a bag because of how bad the airport is with baggage. You don’t have any other options to fly in the area so you’re stuck with this.
Nice airport with a lot of money being spent to upgrade the facility however the service is lacking. If you check a bag when flying into XNA plan on adding an additional 45 minutes while you wait for bags. Small airport, 2 baggage carousels with extended waits. Additionally plan on waits to get to the gates. It seems as if the staff doesn’t know planes are en route and expected arrival times. Airport is good, the renovations are nice. Short brown haired middle aged white lady at the TSA is genuinely terrible. yells and demeans people. the TSA agents in airports that are much larger and have more people don’t act like that.
