I have always asked for a receipt on the NACOLG transit. I need them for my job. I have been told I can't have one. Unless I go up to the office then maybe. I am always told on the transit shuttle there is no change exact only for a cash based business. When there are family members in close proximity running the books on a cash business and the number of incidents that I have been told by drivers as well as clients. They should probably be looked into with a fresh set of eyes.

I gave it a 1 because I could go no lower! I scheduled my pickup a week in advance. The day of my appointment no one showed up. I called and was told we are running behind and I would probably miss my Drs appointment which meant I would be stuck with a charge and not get to see my Dr. So they left an elderly crippled woman sitting in a wheelchair waiting and missing a needed drs appointment.
