I gave it a 1 because I could go no lower! I scheduled my pickup a week in advance. The day of my appointment no one showed up. I called and was told we are running behind and I would probably miss my Drs appointment which meant I would be stuck with a charge and not get to see my Dr. So they left an elderly crippled woman sitting in a wheelchair waiting and missing a needed drs appointment.

I apologize but I have to give a one star. You have to punish yout workers like you do to your customers because this is ridiculous. Not only do they be extremely late (They were an hour late picking me up TWICE) but they might even get your location wrong after a week of doing okay. They'll ban you randomly after missing it for a while and never truly apologize when they are the ones who mess up. They never even attempt to fix their issue as well. I don't know who runs this facility but you need to get your workers in order. They'll do right for a week and then they'll go back to leaving you stranded. I called Friday and the lady sent me an email with an app where I can set up my own rides so I did that. Monday morning I sat at the office of where I lived from 6:50 a.m. to 8 waiting on them so at 730 I called them and while I was on the phone they called so I sat and waited and they never came so I called back and guy told me he ASSUMED that I had already had a ride. ... read more
