Penny Moyer is the greatest. I started going to Mrs. Moyer on the referral of a friend who had her as his tax person for several years and could not say enough good things about her. I have been using her for my taxes ever since. She is great at explaining, in simple to understand terms, any complications or new regulations that may arise, the product is professionally done and presented for my records, and her rates are the best I have found.
