I’ve been seeing Susan for the past 3 months, and she has positively changed my recovery journey. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains every exercise clearly, and always checks in to ensure I’m progressing safely. I actually look forward to my sessions with her. Susan is encouraging, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking for a top-notch physical therapist!
The location and hours and convenient. The facility is modern, spacious, and clean. The therapists, aids, and administrative staff are all friendly, helpful, and professional. I'll be glad when PT is over, but I'll miss everyone.
This place is one of a kind. I first was recommended to go here because there is a therapist there that has alot of experience with people who have or are going through cancer. I was very frail at the time that I started seeing Sue. I was scared and nervous as well. Sue made me feel very comfortable. She listened to what was bothering me each time I had a session. Just finished up my gait training therapy at STARS in Babylon. Susan Cullen worked with me for 2 months and while my balance issues are not perfect, I am much improved. Susan and her PT assistant Jerahl were very patient. Susan always explained why she had me doing the different activities, how the movements would relate to everyday situations. I am more aware of my motions and will continue on my journey to better care for myself. Big pat on the back for my team! Yeah!
