Banks are greedy, fee gobbling, deny you access to your own money machines and this bank is no exception. They love to charge you needless fees just because they can and refuse to help you if you have legitimate complaints. Although, they are actually better than most other banking institutions but that's not really saying much.
Ask for Lyn McCarthy. She just spent 50 minutes on the phone with me patiently and thoroughly explaining a construction loan process. She is so informed on many topics and could not have been kinder. She explained why Northway is the best choice. I feel a lot of stress lifted off me, because of our phone conversation.
