Incredible Experience. They got me in so quickly, had the best information permitting my laser hair removal on my beard. Can’t wait to come back and complete my second treatment. There was no pain throughout the experience. They maintained exposure and asked me how I was doing throughout the treatment.
This was my favourite spa till I have encountered certain changes. 1.This Spa will not call the clients and bother them for their appointments. They take the payment upfront first and don't bother to call the clients. 2.I have referred plenty of my friends to Northville Spa. All the friends get their laser from about 45 mins to 1 hour. But to me the laser was 10-20 minutes and they don't draw lines for laser. This is not ok I have seen how the sessions go and I do get on time and still unhappy with their services!!! They don’t refund the money neither do they serve a good service They all talk sweet but very rude and disrespectful
