I had an amazing experience with Bailey S. She provided exceptional care and professionalism during my treatment. She is always attentive, compassionate, and highly skilled, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment.I was dealing with lower back pain for a long time and her treatment made a noticeable difference, significantly easing my discomfort. I’ve been to this clinic a few times and generally had good experiences. However, during my last visit, I felt quite uncomfortable. I didn’t book with the previous RMTs I’d seen because I wanted to fit in a session before the holidays. Knowing it’s a busy time of year, I went on the clinic’s website and booked with whoever was available and fit my schedule. I had a massage appointment today with one of the therapists here and I have to say it was not the best experience. The room was very cold and when I told the massage therapist that the cold was bothering me, instead of raising the temperature, which was set at zero, she just gave me a blanket and never checked again to see if it resolved the problem.
