I went to use their IR Sauna, love it!
I’ve always had a great experience with Northview. Even when impacted by a fire in the building, they were able to accommodate my appointment. I’ve only ever needed to cancel once for an illness and they were very kind and understanding and were able to make arrangements to see me the next week at a time that worked for me. Highly recommend!
I’ve had sessions with Bailey twice now, and she’s honestly incredible. She’s not just a massage therapist, she really pays attention, and if she notices anything that needs extra care, she explains it clearly and gives you helpful suggestions. You can tell she genuinely cares. The receptionists are also really sweet. There is a little coffee station where you can help yourself. The whole place just feels warm and welcoming.
My wife had COVID symptoms today and I called 45 min before her appointment and explained the situation to the receptionist to cancel her appointment. So disappointed to see they charged us for “no show fee” as per a goofy policy and they did neglect all my explanations. Not acceptable at all, As all other places won’t charge when you inform them about your sickness and COVID symptoms.
