Been a customer there for about 12 years. I must say they are greatly improved, as well as extremely pleasant to deal with as far as the staff is concerned. I really like this bank.
Don't advertise that your drive through is open until noon on Saturdays when your staff just pull down the shade in peoples face and dont have the courtesy to say sorry after someone has been waiting in line 15 minutes. I called earlier to verify but noone bothered to answer and tell me "No we dont serve people when we say were open". Thank you for wasting my time and a 200 mile round trip.
