Absolutely cowboys from day 1 of me buying my car and to now they have gone under and I am left driving a load of crap that I can’t hand back over or anything I honestly don’t know how they can sleep at night if there was a no star option they would have getting it .
If this place is still even open Do Not Buy a car from here! Had to change my review, If I could give 0 stars I would. Once they sell you a car that’s it they do not care, they never answer the phone, since getting this car I’ve had nothing but bother with it in the garage every month for a repair! Avoid!! Never buy a vehicle from here!! Just bought a vehicle from here 2 weeks in engine light comes on fuel injector and battery issues. Had no car for 2 weeks as it was in for repairs. Now had car the back again around 2 half weeks, noticed ticking noise again on the car . Driving down the a19 the car is swerving to one side. I’ve taken the vehicle to a local garage confirms the wet belt is on its way out, brakes and clutch also. If I could give no stars I would. Northumberland Car & Van Centre trading as Sell My Car 4 Cash Today, collected my car on 5th July 2025. They drove the car away from my address which is less than 2 miles from their garage. The car was checked and the price was agreed. All well so far. After a few days I contacted them regarding payment. No reply. After a couple more days I contacted them again and received a response saying the car had an oil leak and was given the final price. Went and got a new car today and the staff were lovely, helpful & sorted everything out with no bother at all, even got a complimentary bottle of prosecco, all checks done before the car was handed over easy process aswel thanks lads. 🚗😁
