Had my eye exam cancelled last minute because the doctor was sick, which I totally understand but they didn’t make any effort to fit me in the same week, the week after, or after that. I have to wait over a month to get in to see her. I’m in a rush to get new glasses as mine are very worn out and scratched up. Some of your receptionists are very unpleasant and uncomfortable to speak to. I understand people have bad days or whatever but this is every time.
