Charity is the best. This is real deep tissue massage. Not a spa/relaxation massage! Charity is extremely knowledgeable and although it can be painful in the moment, I always feel great afterwards. Since I started seeing her regularly, I no longer experience migraines, and she is an integral part of my workout recovery arsenal. She's also friendly, professional and easy to talk to. Hands down the most effective RMT I've ever seen.
