Not impressed at all with these cabinets. They seem to have been slapped together in a big hurry. It looks like quality isn't much of a priority. I have cockeyed doors, tongues on the wood that are snapped off, dings and scratches on the doors and drawers. Ans the instructions are horrible.
Northtimber's support/customer service is not good, and neither is their website. They didn't respond to my email and I couldn't get hold of someone on the phone. But with much persistence I did finally reach someone on the phone. They were helpful in that they did inform me that they are a wholesaler and don't deal with end purchasers, and they did tell me where I could find a distributor.... "thank you".
