In 2018 Richard did my taxes, in November 2021 I received a letter from the Utah State Tax Commission stating that my taxes were incorrect, that I owed close to $600 in back taxes which included a $50 interest payment. I drove an hour and a half to drop of the paperwork, and have Richard try to solve this issue the day before Thanksgiving. I contacted him in December, and January with no results.
