I loved USAA for all things, especially customer service. NorthStar as a mortgage lender was terrible throughout the loan process. Their customer service will not get you to a live person. They failed to communicate the sale of my mortgage. The loan process was complicated and convoluted. Whether looking for a VA or conventional loan, GO WITH ANYONE ELSE----- Thank you for your response. Your customer service is part of the 1 star review.
