Such great service every time. Highly recommend.
Waited for 5 minutes for service in the upper area for bicycles and no employee came by. Nearby employees in the upper area looked preoccupied with their own conversation rather than assisting customers.
Take orders online they can’t fulfill then cancel without notification
Couldn't tell me if they they sell kids bike. Kept getting put through to different staff. That would say Il find out, then pass me through to another person then another. Wow guys not that hard of questions lol
We were recently on vacation in Alberta and rented two amazing Yamaha Moro 07 from Northstar. The customer service from Austin & Chris was second to none right from the initial email enquire to the drop off at the end of the rental. Nothing was a problem to these guys Austin even sorted us out with a bike rack for the back of our RV. Many thanks guys you help make our holiday brilliant.
