The shipping cost was great. You don't have to purchase hundreds of dollars of stuff to get free shipping. The lady on the phone when I called both times for an order update, was very polite and courteous. Give her a raise. She also called to confirm my address and to let me know that my order was being packed up and shipped. The only complaint I have is that email updates and tracking information weren't sent to me automatically and I had to reach out to obtain it.
