Super friendly and helpful staff. I was visiting from out of town and snapped my derailleur, they had one in stock and made time to install it for me that morning! So nice to have a bike shop willing to do this during the busiest time of year.
I ordered a bike online with Northstar Bicycle and received it in about a week time, but it arrived with the wrong derailleur and shifter. The website listed the Shimano XT M8250 (Di2), but the bike came with an XT M8100 derailleur and shifter instead. I attempted to contact the store multiple times by emails and phone.
