Great prices, service and fast shipping!
I ordered a hard to find tool off Northstar's website and it came VERY quickly (critical when randomly realizing you need a new tool!) - turns out *I* was wrong and the tool wasn't what we needed but Northstar was super responsive and started a return right away for me after I emailed them. Will definitely be back, love supporting local canadian shops when buying bike stuff (and everything else too!)
