Super friendly staff, well stocked and organized shop, fat bike rentals for winter and awesome folks who work there who will tell you where to ride them. They also serve coffee and make a delicious espresso!

We purchased a couple of mountain bikes through North Star cycle this year, the staff was amazing to deal with, they were very informative and helped us pick the right bikes for the cycling we do. One of the bikes we purchased was having issues after the first week due to manufacturing defect, not a fault of there’s and parts were weeks away, they gave us a brand new bike to use till ours was repaired!! That is AAA+++ customer care in my opinion, I highly recommend going in and have a look around you will not be disappointed... read more
