Fantastic experience from start to finish! The pricing was fair, and the check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Our bond was refunded within 5 days with absolutely no hassle. We hired a truck to move a couch we had purchased and everything went smoothly. Top-notch service and vehicles! My absolute go-to for vehicle rentals. Their fleet is always in top-notch condition, and the staff are incredibly courteous and friendly. I’ve never had a single issue with them. Highly recommended!
The truck was in a bad condition when I picked it up the fuel gauge and lift control as well as a few other things didn't work properly and the lady was extremely rude when I was picking up the truck and they made me wait 40 minutes before I could collect the truck when I came at the booked time. Additional everyone at the office told me the bond was just a hold and would be returned by end of day after I returned the truck but now I've received an email saying it takes them 5-10 business days to return the bond! Stress free process, clean truck , great customer service
Northside rentals - I don't recommend them at all. We had to wait 40mins and make several phone calls to get picked up from the airport even though this had been previously arranged. Once we finally got to the Kewdale depot, they tried and give us a CX-3 despite having booked an ASX. We even had to prove that our luggage, for 4 adults in an 8 day stay, wouldn't fit in the CX-3.
