My experience: I hired a 2017 Infiniti Q50 on a 12-month agreement starting September 2021. No new contract was signed after that year. From September 2021 to February 2025 I paid about $50,000 (excluding bond/fees) for this vehicle, which I estimate is worth $10–15k in its current condition. Excellent hire service. Check in was simple and fast. Prompt replies to any inquiries made prior to pick up. Fantastic customer service. The vehicle was clean and modern. Will definately be using NRS again.
Really friendly and hilarious staff. Everything was easy to understand and follow. Terms and conditions was well put out. Vehicle was brought to me with care and yeah loved it. Would definitely recommend others to Northside rentals
