Avoid the shuttle offer from the Airport, Very poor service, organised to be picked up and staff were very friendly saying they would be straight down to us. 4 phone calls and 40 minutes later we were still unsure if we were being picked up. Massive lack of communication
Unfortunately do not recommend this place. Booking process is ridiculous, had to upload my ID and bank card details TWICE before even arriving and then again upon arrival reception staff asked for the same information. System clearly doesn't speak to itself or your staff need further training. Have been charged a visa/Mastercard fee AS WELL AS an online 'express' fee - $25 in fees. Absolutely ridiculous. Got a new van and it was wonderful and easy to book and ride.
Good car
Didn’t want to post publicly but after 3 months and no response, what options have i got.. Rented off Northside 3 months ago in Broome. When I picked up the car, as the branch was closing, I was handed the keys by a gentleman who when asked about the insurance policies, responded saying “I got no idea” “just started working here”, there was no one else to answer my queries.
