This would be a awesome place I came once before the lady that work the front desk is ridiculous rude I on the phone and in person this place really needs to to let that old lady go and find some better help she was soo rude 3 people left because she was no help and rude .

Most difficult place I have ever been to to try abs get help with groceries! Lay working desk had no personality but borderline- rude to rude. Even though I had done everything I was asked to do by the new DIRECTOR of the facility, still no help! Lady kept telling me, " She was new, she told you wrong". Nevertheless, acknowledge your incompetence, not mine. I had no transportation or gas to go anywhere else so went home with not even so much as an emergency bag of food. Thanks for your help, NOT! I used to enjoy going to NICA but now I do not. I likely will not go here again. I witnessed a guy who is in some sort of leadership role curse out an elderly person and another volunteer because of a power trip. Since the change in management, a lot of resources have not been readily available. The new folks in charge do not care for the community.
